I have been doing the running from Couch 5K and the cycling usually the days I don't run but not always because the weather has been quite hard and the cycling is 1.15min each way to and from work, yesterday riding to work was nice but going back home was terrible, too cold.

My question is this, I want to do some exerciser after the running. the thing is that at work we have a ''gym'' me and my colleagues bought some equipment, not much but we have some good stuff. can someone recommend a website were I can go and print a work out? we have a boxing equipment, bench, bells, mats and Pilates ball.

Thanks.

I might be wrong but I think there is a circuit training program on the NHS choices website.
