I started the NHS 12 week plan this morning and I'm really excited about the next few weeks ahead! Has anyone out there completed the programme and has it made a difference?

I've not seen anyone who has completed the plan yet, but there are loads of us a good chunk in and doing really well. I'm on week 5 day 2 (and had a 1 week break for holiday), so far I have lost 7.6lbs since the beginning of the plan.

My clothes have gotten looser and I'mgetting on for having lost a dress size. And my fitness has improved as well. Feels nicer looking at the person in the mirror already!

Good luck with your journey :)

I've had a look at various plans and methods of losing weight including the NHS 12 week plan. I'm now starting week 11 and so far I've lost 12kg (and counting). All information is welcome!
