Day 264: Upping It.

Today I upped my milage to 3 miles a day, which I will stick with for the next 9 days until the end of September...then I will take a well deserved day off. 21 days running without a break is the longest streak I have ever done and I am chuffed. It will hopefully move off some of this stubborn fat from my belly and moobs! Here's to another 27 miles run by the end of the month. Stay strong.

There's an old saying "You can't exercise your way out of a bad diet"

Loosing weight is 80-90% due to diatary changes.- cut out the carbs.

😆 So are bacon, sausages and burgers, and if you don't have bread or other carbs like chips with them they'll do you good.

Well done on keeping up the running streak 😁 once you start looking forward to exercising that’s the formation of a habit - a good one in this case 👍 just got to work on a few new eating habits too and you’re all set 😊

Indeed. That's the hard part because I am getting home exhausted, getting up exhausted and not sleeping. If only everything was simple. Not fair!
