Today I upped my milage to 3 miles a day, which I will stick with for the next 9 days until the end of September...then I will take a well deserved day off. 21 days running without a break is the longest streak I have ever done and I am chuffed. It will hopefully move off some of this stubborn fat from my belly and moobs! Here's to another 27 miles run by the end of the month. Stay strong.
