The biggest tip I can give you is join in with the forum. Join a weigh in day, use the daily diary to share your menu and to find some inspiration and come and chat to people here everyday

I’ve only just started my weight loss this is week 2, week one I found hard so I’m now posting in the diary and I’m finding it’s helping. When I have dieted before I’ve tried to introduce something new each week to focus on to help keep you motivated and found this has worked quite well. Anything is worth a try but don’t beat yourself up progress is progress however long it takes 😀
