Another lovely positive post 😊In the same vein I’ve been grateful for my tracker watch. I used to defy the exhortations to “stand” every hour and “keep going” as I found it quite nagging. When I realised it can really help me to improve my health I started completing my stand, activity and move rings every day. I was on a roll this year until my chest infection and my weight loss stalled as soon as I stopped closing those rings daily. Recently I have begun looking forward to finding new ways to close them, knowing that they show my exercise, creativity, increase in fitness and efforts. It is now a key motivator for me, pushing me to do more - phew 😅
hi Sheperdess, I also have a Fitbit that tells me to move once an hour and have been ignoring it. Maybe an additional reason why I have gained a pound this week. Hey ho. Back on it again and try to learn from things I should have done differently! I love that you do something even hour though. Might try that too! Good luck and stay safe.
