Finding it harder to even stabilise weight when doing less exercise. In 'normal' times I walk as much as possible, twice a week 2 hrs country dancing plus aqua now more sitting around with temptation.

Hi and welcome, Joy_Peace :)

Have you been told you're not allowed to leave the house at all? If not, you can still go out for one walk a day.

If that isn't advised, then I suggest you put on some music and dance around your sitting room, or get motivated by a walking video

youtube.com/watch?v=-SSYX8s...

All of the information you need about the forum can be found in Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... and I hope you'll be joining all the Events, Challenges and Clubs that we run, especially a weigh-in and the daily diary.

We've found active participation to be key to successful weight loss and, of course, it's a good way to get to know people, find inspiration and share support and encouragement.

Wishing you all the best :)

Thanks and better than nothing but obviously not burning the equivalent of about 12 hours exercise a wwk. Do take my one, as permitted 20 mins walk a day----can't be much longer due to need for a loo!!!!!!But thanks as that video could help.Have also returned for 15 mins a day to my wiifit, not previously used for 2876 days but the stretching is a bit much. Must see if wiifit has a dance movement. Off to amazon now.

You can get all sorts of exercise videos for wii fit, including dance and Zumba, so have fun! :)

Just make sure you're doing a combination for an hour and three quarters a day and it'll be the same as you were doing before :)
