I’m new on this site... I have 2 stone to loose and in my early 50s.
How comes it's so hard... the maths is simple. Less in and More out... however it’s the hardest sum I’ve ever had to calculate.

It is hard as we get older, partly because of hormonal changes and the damage we've done over time to our metabolism, and partly because 'calories in, calories out' is far too simplistic and suggests that all calories are equal.
