I’m not sure where I’m going wrong. Haven’t lost any weight in two weeks

I am fortunate that I am able to lose weight without much difficulty...

A large proportion of the members here have difficulty losing weight... some "perfect people" would be able to lose weight rapidly doing what you are doing, but, if it does not work for you, then, I think moreless is right, and you are trying too hard.

My colleague a physiotherapist said your body retains fluid after excercise.

Someone in here said they excersised at the weekend and weighed in a few days later .

Good luck.

It sounds like you are constantly eating too little. It really isn’t the way to go. It sounds like it isn’t working for you and it definitely isn’t sustainable in the long run.

I agree with moreless about getting a personalised calorie allowance from the NHS BMI calculator. Eat at the top of your allowance on exercise days and aim lower on rest days. If you don’t nourish your body when you exercise, you don’t build muscle and you don’t restore very well.

I know it sounds frightening and counterintuitive to eat more to lose weight, but many here found it to be true. Give it a couple of weeks and see what happens.
