BMI from under orders

To whom wrote up re weight loss. My BMI now 29.8 from under orders. Just with walking around the house and the occasional forays down to SVR Car Park. It is attainable, just keep faith in yourself, you can do it. At the start, I was classed as obese with a BMI of over 36.
