Hi maur1956 welcome to the site I missed your post yesterday so I thought I’d say hello today.

I know BridgeGirl has sent you the welcome pack for the site I advise you to read it as it will help you navigate around a lot easier, use the bmi calculator to find out what calorie range you should be eating and at first try to stay near the upper range as you will still lose weight but you won’t feel hungry. Join in as much as you can as the people on here are a friendly bunch, ask as many questions as you need to ask as someone on here has most probably tried what your asking about and can advise you to wether it works or not.
