Now my head hurts. It's late (for me) so will think that through some more tomorrow. Not sure I like the potential ramifications as the last thing I want to have to do is not eat normally.

It isn't for everyone, but I often fast from after dinner say 9pm until 1pm the next day. I don't think I could cope with 24 hours or more, but possible.
