Ok, so fallen of the wagon a little this week and not feeling too great about it. We’ve had work being done to the house which has meant my exercise routine has fallen to the way side. It’s also been a busy week at school with the lead up to Christmas and the influx of chocolates and treats and the ‘special’ promo lattes at costa, maccies and Starbucks haven’t helped. Tbh though, I think it may be good or even advantageous to my weight loss, for me to switch up my diet now and then. Sort of like what HIIT is to exercise but for eating. So far, for the last month I reduced my calorie in take drastically. I’m not huge but am still considered overweight and just want to get to a healthy weight again. However as I am still breast feeding my one year old,( who is also weaning now and is eating properly and feeds more for comfort and out of habit) I feel like I wasn’t losing as much weight as initially expected. So it wasn’t the greatest idea to binge in chocolate but and coke lol but I may try a few days in the week of increased calorie and other days with drastically reduced calorie diet and see how I get on. Wish me luck folks and I hope next week is binge free, exercise zoned week.🍫🍰🍩☕️

We all fall off the wagon from time to time but as long as you get back on that is what counts. Just draw a line under your bad week and move on, you can do this. :)

If you need any extra support of meal ideas have a look at the daily diary to see what others are having. Good luck with this week. :)

Hi skinnymini, I fell off the wagon too this wk due to stress and low mood, comfort eating is my downfall. Plan to be back on it from tomorrow so good luck to us both!

I have been off the wagon for a week - due to being on hols, I have tried to be good but c'mon a hol is a hol :D

I weigh in tomorrow and dreading it, but I will be back on the wagon full pelt from tomorrow onwards

Don't beat yourself up - just get back on the wagon and go back to the routine with gusto :)

Wishing you all the best :)

Been there!! You'll get back on track.

Like everyone has said, you've fallen off and now, well done, that you're back on the wagon.

It's possible that it can help to 'switch up' what we eat though you may want to consider doing it with food that is beneficial :)

Have you tried using the Daily Diary to help plan what you're eating? I find it very effective, as do others.

Good luck with your coming week.

Gosh you have a lot of things going on, especially a one year old! Life happens sometimes and the last thing you need to feel guilty about is your weight. Ok, so eating hasn't been great the last few days but you can't undo that so draw a line, pat yourself on the back for just getting through it and start again. Good luck.
