Good plan (as much as I know about rowing). I like to do plans like that but always forget to add in head cold, flu, sprained ankle, unexpected party, earthquake... :)

I hope everything goes to plan for you.

I must admit I don't know what 'ergs' are?

I am impressed by your plan. I'd like to wish you success with it. :-)

An erg is a rowing machine Zest πŸ™‚ Short for ergometer, which is all to do with energy measurements - which the Concept2 does.

It is also used as a verb. So, you can erg on an erg. πŸ˜‚

Oh thank you so much! I was wondering about ergonomics - so this is good that I was on the right track. I think I'll hold back on using it as a verb though. lol :-)

Thank you for the post of your training plan - that is sooooo my idea of a training plan. πŸ™‚ I am transferring the photo over to my phone so I can use it for my training plan. πŸ˜•

I guess it is the Erg 2 thing - how do you know what an erg is? Or is it a setting on a concept 2 rowing machine? Or on any other machine? And what is UT2?

The erg is the rowing machine.

UT2 is working between 55% and 70% of your MHR (maximum heart rate). Or to put it another way, you should be able to hold a conversation whilst rowing.

Thanks for sorting missisb I had rather a busy day.

Just got home! Husband took me out for dinner. Had the healthier option. Korean chicken and wild rice. Having green tea and gluten free toast now :)

Not a problem ShadowDee I know you train late.

Your dinner sounds very tasty.

I guess you are coeliac with your gluten free bread? (Nosey).

I have IBS. I am slowly introducing wheat back but only once a week. If I have too much I get cramps.

Cramps on the water I'm trying to avoid lol

πŸ˜• That just complicates things for you. Not good.

It's a learning curb. But they are making really nice desserts now and more of a selection too.
