So I had a rest day on Friday from exercise and had my first meal out in a while I had a king prawn curry with lemon rice which I don't know how many calories are but I had popperdums too. But the rest of the day was a few sandwiches and cucumber and carrot sticks
Today I didn't have breakfast as I woke up late and this has been a bit of a lazy weekend with my friend.
Today I am hoping to do a bit of a walk to burn that curry off but friends do come first tho so it's a hard one.
Currently enjoying my bath and probably will be having steak today with potato wedges I just to make sure I. Improve myself today in one way or the other to feel like I am moving forward
