This is a short post as it's my rest day but I just found out the 2 chocolate eclair cream cakes I had are 650-700 calories total...... I enjoyed them as a treat but omg I need to burn those off at the weekend.

i had a similar reaction when i found out how many calories there are in a pizza some things in life are just unfair

I did the same with an all butter scone - a tiny little thing and it was over 200 cals BEFORE I added cream and jam!! I should have checked the calories before I ate it - that was a lesson learnt!

Yea it's funny that they are treats and you should try to have em once in a while not every week. Thanks for the comment

Tip SilverSpeed Always read the packet first - they must have been large eclairs!
