We all have bad days Heidi1966 just draw a line under your bad day and start again in the morning.
Hi Heidi1966 . I would just start afresh tomorrow. What is done is done now and i wouldn't beat yourself up about it. The weekends can be difficult but you can turn this around.

Don't worry Heidi1966 I totally gave up and wrote off yesterday in a big way.
I did however make a vege soup last night so I could start again today with a low Cal day.
Tomorrow is a new day. X plan for the rest of the week 😁
