depends what you are exercising - I didn't want to do the walk tonight as it was raining, but forced myself and TBH it was worth it - dogs loved it and I felt a lot better after completing it :)

ooh hasn't the weather been horrid today? well done for making yourself go out! I attempted a light jog and I have to say I didn't mind the rain after a while :)

Oh wow.. I just finished the video, everyone should watch this! It's so true, my mum is overweight but she walked our dog every single day, 2x a day and she recently had a full hysterectomy and recovered so quickly that her surgeon was amazed. I live a very sedentary lifestyle as a student so this is a real wake-up call to just get up and move more. Love the idea of limiting your sitting/sleeping to 'just' 23.5 hours a day, it makes you realise just how easy it would be to exercise a bit every day. Thank you for sharing :)

I also keep fairly fit and recovered well from a hysterectomy last year, the best possible reward for keeping fit! 😊

Know the feeling, I had DVT and now I must walk every day or it might happen again..........Now if I cannot get out and walk for some reason I actually MISS IT. It really is true, I didn't believe it either, the more you do it the easier and more enjoyable it gets.......So, now I do Pilates and Yoga as well and love that too..Go for it.
