I start my new job tomorrow so needed grown up's clothes....smart trousers. That usually fills me with dread as I have never been able to get pants to fit....size 20-22 tightly fit my thighs and bottom but are too loose on waist...today I bought a size 18. Still a way to go...but to lose a 'dress size' in trousers (I have been an 18 in skirts before) was a mini victory for me xxx I HATE SHOPPING!

I know what you mean on shopping I really don't like it 😠 I can totally relate to a child throwing a tantrum when it comes to shopping😢😯 xx

I do! You are right, I usually shop online plus we have very little choice in our local town, so I can stamp my foot with the best of the three year olds!!! X

It IS! I have a pair of jeans that fit me last May....they are a goal....a size 16 goal!

WHOOP !!!! Well done .... its always a pain when you have to wear a certain thing for work . I also start a new job in 3 weeks and hoping that my new work wear will fit in size 16 as most of my normal clothes are this size , Problem is the trousers think the 16 might pinch but 18 be too big so trying to loose a few lbs before I go for them .

I know what you mean! I always wear skirts with thick tights and boots but I need trousers as I am working in a school...and need to bend and sit and run after preschoolers! Lots of luck in your new job! You have time to get into the 16s...then, in no time at all, they will be too small!!!

Well done Josie. I can totally relate to ill-fitting trousers and dread shopping. I live in jeans as I think I look huge in skirts, but losing over a dress size changes everything! Good luck in your new job and with the continued weight loss. I see you are an artist, me too 🙂

You are a proper artist, I am a tryer! I long to fit into a pair of jeans when I am not squeezing my thighs into poor stretched denim! Soon...soon! Thank you for your good wishes...we are all doing well x
