Don't worry too much about it I am in a similar condition to you at the moment because I was away at Easter and we ate out every night when we was away and when we came home I had to go out with family as it was mother in laws birthday and she wanted to go out for a meal. I also have a wedding still to go to on Saturday too. At least all this was throughout the same week overall but also over two Saturdays. I have put on 4lbs though at the moment and still have wedding to go to but my weigh in is in the morning. We can do it easy, it won't take us long.

hi,I have lost 2 of the 4lbs gain but very frustrating. upped my activity and just hanging in there. I want a waist!!!!!!
