Before half term 12.8st today 12.10st so now clawing back the over indulgence. Always happens in the school holidays. Try and exercise more but inevitable gain. Not too bad though and nice to have a break and eat a bit more for a change. I hope everyone else's week is going well ☺

Sounds like you've had a good half term and you'll turn the week around I'm sure😀.

I've had a good few weeks, I'm still walking my friends dog twice a day and keeping track of what I'm eating and 5 and a 1/2 Ib down in two weeks so feelings really good. Had a good telling off from GP after my yearly health review at how much weight had put on and all health stats were up....... not good but a powerful reality check !!!

The shops are full of new bright clothes so another motivation to get moving and we are going on holiday 1st April !!

Hi Flossie well done on your weight loss. Walking dog twice a day and eating less is exactly how I lost my weight so stick with it. I hate going to the docs. I know they are just doing their job but it can be so soul destroying. Very exciting having a holiday booked. Will keep you motivated! Have a lovely weekend ☺

Understandable to gain some weight over half-term, and you'll soon get that off again. Like you say, "not too bad" at all, and really glad to hear you've enjoyed your break.

A change is as good as a rest, Juliet and I'm sure it does body and soul good to slacken the reins, every now and then :)

Now that the holiday is over, you'll be able to get back on track and lose those pesky pounds again :)
