Hi. It's sad you see yourself that way. I know it is a perception of yourself but many of us on here myself included are way more than you. Good luck with your weight loss.

I do realize this, it does not matter if one has to lose three stone or 20 stone, deep down we all feel the same, that is in my opinion. Since stopping smoking 4 years ago after two strokes the weight piled on, I am seriously considering starting smoking again, I wish you good luck with your weight loss

Hello Jayney, please dont be hard on yourself. Sometimes we just need that wake up call to do something - look, its brought you here and thats great! I weighed myself 2 months ago and discovered that I was 13st7lbs, and my BMI was obese. I was so utterly shocked that I actually did something about it this time, and I feel so much better for it. So, a shocking weigh in can sometimes be the reality check that we need, turn it into positive energy and go for it! I'm so sorry to hear you have chronic pain though, that makes things that much harder for you. Be kind to yourself. Wishing you a happy and healthy new year.
