Hi shogg - savoury muffins yum, usually I'd have cheesy muffins but egg and spinach sound nice! The trouble is, I'd eat the lot so those 11 muffins would be a 770 calorie snack

yes you can and thats why i just tryed one when it was cold i need somethink to take to work as i,m a lorry driver and sick of salads lol oh and you can freeze them i,ve just made 24 x

turkey mince 4 eggs and chopped spinach you can add baby toms aswell if you want to just cut them in half and add one to each muffin

cook the mince crack the eggs in a jug add the chopped spinach wisk it up and tip over the mince pop in the oven for around 25 mins

Sorry to be such a pain, but how much turkey mince if you have 4 eggs ?

i used 250 grams of mince but its easy to make some more egg and spinach mix if you run out and i used one table soon of mince in each muffin
