Wowww well done Osiris I am so so pleased for you.
Enjoy the skinny you and I bet you look fabulous in your new purchases
well done !!!
That is a great feeling well done , how long did it take and how are you getting on maintaining, I am at goal too but finding it really hard to not eat the bad things again, my willpower is not good ! It took me 7 maths so it wasn't that quick, so have started counting and writing down again , enjoy wearing your new clothes you will feel fantastic x
Thanks! I've not actually reached my goal yet. I'm 12 stone and my goal is 10 stone. However all my clothes were getting baggy and I had a voucher for Β£10 off at asda so I treated myself.
So far I've been doing this for 16 months. I was 18 stone so had a lot to lose.
To be honest I'm terrified of getting to my goal weight. I'm convinced I won't be able to deal with going into maintenance and staying there! π’
Hi Osiris275 and congratulations! Enjoy the new clothes :)!! I think you'll be fab at maintaining your goal weight as you're already showing the results of hard work and I'm sure people here who are already at that stage will be able to help. I'm just at the beginning of my journey and I hope I get to the point you're at!
Wow so inspiring
Brilliant, well done!
Well done! Use those hangers for everything ! I always bin any hanger that has a label on if I don't like it π
Well done, wow osiris275. That is a fantastic achievement ππ
Congrats, size 12 is fabulous. Just think how small you'll be when you reach your goal!
Very well done and very inspiring π

Wow a very well done to you that's amazing x
Wheeeeeeeeee!!!!!! Well done that's awesome Osiris275 !!! How long have you been on your road to good health? That's a truly inspirational post! ππΌπ
Thank you! I started in February 2015 so it's been a long process...but I wanted to take things slowly in the hope of avoiding too much excess skin. It's not great but definitely not as bad as I thought it would be! I would like to reach 10 stone by my birthday at the end of October.
Lovely to see and good motivation, thank you for sharing that with us and well done.
Fab, I bet you can't wait to get out and about in your new clothes. Well done, have a good weekend.
I share your joy .....fabulous result Osiris275 and may you enjoy your new clothes and your new confidence!

Really well done! ππ
Wow
Wow, that's amazing! Actually I was thinking about this maintenance thing myself just this morning, because it can sound like a bit of a life sentence...and then I thought: hang on a minute! can it really be worse than what I've put up with everyday being overweight? can being careful, even if indefinitely, be worse than the bulging, the bloating, the chafing, the breathlessness, the self-consciousness, the sheer heaviness and the rest of the ailments associated with being overweight that I've lived with all my adult life? My personal answer is no, it won't be. So bring on the maintenance, when it's time for it! All the best!
Wow, this is such a motivating post, really well done!
Fab well done - I love that supermarket shop but they don't do size 6 so where are you going to shop when you are at goalπ? Maintainance for me is the hard part, staying with Zest has kept me focused this far, we are like alcoholics never recovered, just in remission.
Never in a million years will I be a size 6 so I don't have to worry about that! I doubt I'd ever be an 8, I think a 10 will be good enough for me. I'm sure I can find somewhere for clothes. I never buy anything expensive so I look for good cheap places. Supermarkets suit me!
Wow, one gutsy lady taking life by the horns. You need never doubt yourself again, you have the courage and determination to do anything you set your mind to. Live your new slim life to the full.
That is a great achievement, well done you! Be proud of yourself and enjoy how you look and feel in those size 12s!
CLOTHES SIZES :
Youve done brilliantly . That's a fab feeling buying smaller sizes, whatever the size is as long as its smaller. But, label sizing is such a con these days so to everyone else, just focus on reaching a healthy BMI . For instance, I used to be 12stone size 14/16. I am now 9st 10 and have been maintaining a BMI of 23 for over a year. BUT Im mostly a size 12 , sometimes still need 14 ....but WTH !
