God knows why put so much weight on
Hi. Start small with SMART goals. I went to My Weight Matters last year, 12week NHS healthy eating programme. It was just the kick I needed. Taught me how to set SMART goals, eat healthily and be aware of portion sizes. Never been on. A diet in all my 50yrs and they stressed this wasn't a diet. I started last July and am now over 3st lighter and much much fitter. Just be good to yourself and celebrate every small victory.
