Hi shaz, I had to Google Nourishment Original, because I'd never heard of it.

I have to wonder why you'd want to drink that, when you can have a proper, nourishing meal for the same number of calories, which will fill you up.

Personally I like them, they are very sugary though so beware, dont use them all the time just as a boost sometimes I have them after a particularly long run or something (my logic being replenish the nutrients you sweat out, though this logic is likely flawed)
