Just wanted to say thank you to everyone for getting me through day 1 and all the advice for what's best to eat for breakfast decided on 2 slices of brown toast pouched egg and some plumb tomatoes this morning and feeling less hungry. Little achy from the exercise yesterday but actually feeling good 😀

That's a great idea and a great start to the day 😊 I always have a decent breakfast and I have notice a drop in the mid afternoon sugar cravings too 😊
