The main part of my house move is over the next two days and then I will be without broadband until 27th February so I will not be able to log on nearly as often as I did until after then! I will miss the posts and support from you all and I just hope I keep on track So far I have been losing a steady 2lbs a week!

Pop in to see us at the library or wherever you can get some internet - we'll miss you John! Lots of luck with the move and for continued steady weight loss
Like Ruth says, do try to keep in touch via library connections if you can - we will miss you too!
Hope your house move goes really well, and good luck with your plans to keep on track. You're doing so well - losing 2 pounds per week, fantastic! Really steady and great progress.
Thank you for all of your replies. I have just finished disassembling an Ikea wardrobe ready for moving tomorrow - of course I cannot find the original instructions for putting it back together Oh well, all good exercise
Well, I manged to put the wardrobes together plus shifting all of the furniture around at least three times so at the end of the day I felt as though I had been worked over by a gang of thugs! I ached everywhere ;-( Early night and it should get easier. At daughter in laws babysitting over the weekend so I will have internet access at least. Have a good weekend
Hi John, sounds like you're really on a roll with your eating plan, and it's obviously suiting you. Good luck with the house move, but don't let it sidetrack you from all the effort you've put in so far........ From Lazybones
Thank you Lazybones. I am keeping on track so far!
As well as the house move we are on babysitting duties for the weekend too, staying at my daughter in laws house. She has bought some ready meals in for us and some wine But the moving is giving me some good exercise and making sure I am in bed early so no late night temptations to tempt me!
