I started last week at 19st 11lbs, I just weighed in boots the chemist and I'm 19st 3lb. Don't know how, as I have been naughty with a Chinese and a couple of beers lol

You must have been doing really well on the whole though hunny. A fab result for your first week. Now bin those beers and walk past the takeaways this week, lol. 😊
