I started on here in the new year and lost some weight had a few bad days but then focused.
After carefully calorie counting and eating all the right things, checking my progress on My Fitness Pal and exercising, I gained 6lbs in 2 weeks!!
I stopped eating breakfast when I was about 12 years old and now at the age of 40 I was forcing myself to have healthy porridge everyday to give me energy. I didn't enjoy it and didn't want it but thought it was the right thing to do.
1 and 1/2 weeks ago I decided to listen to my body and gave up the breakfast. Still eating the same amount of calories / carbs and fat and pleased to report that I have lost 7lbs!!!!!
I need to keep in mind that we are all different and listen to my body more
Start Weight 15/2/15 - 12st 6lbs
Current weight 2/3/15 - 11st 13lbs
Target for Good Friday - 11st 7lbs
Ultimate Target - 10st 7lbs
