Sounds like stress and emotional cravings to me. We all have bad days regardless of what is going on in our lives. Youve been doing well with your diet, focus on the positive things youve been doing. I remember how stressful exams were im sure if youve put in the work you will of done really well. Have faith in yourself
Sounds like me a day or two before the dreaded monthlies.
I get 70% or 80% cocoa chocolate, and just have 2 squares, its so rich it usually sorts my cravings out, without many calories. XXX
I would say so, but I used to have a drinking chocolate when I was this bad as this fills you up as you can get light chocolate, just an idea, try and keep in your calories if you can though. Why are you feeling low, its a horrible feeling, have you had your fruit and veg 5 a day as I do find if I don't this makes me feel low.
You've described me just before I get my period! Might it be that time of the month? The advice above is good, and it might also just be lots of stress. Hopefully it will get better after your mock results, so I hope they go/went well! Keep up the fab work!
