When I go gym I love it but getting my mum there is the problem I have not been there for nearly 3 week arrrrr just make excuses not to go need motivation help !!!!

Go without her and do this for yourself!
How about setting yourself a challenge? I started couch to 5k programme on the treadmill and signed up for a 5k fun run (which is tomorrow!). I love going to the gym now, the instructors have been so encouraging and I feel like I have a fan club! I couldn't run for 30 seconds when I started. Now I can run 5k in a very slow 48 mins! Bmi is going down too but still a long way to go!
