Mmmm great oaty snack bar made with fruit juice for sweetness. Find them in the baby food aisle! My little boy now has to share!

Beware fruit bars. A big problem with tooth decay in children due to high sugar causing high acid levels in the mouth (sticks around teeth).

Really? These are oat bars with no added sugar. Made with fruit juice (9%).

Yes, Fruit juice is VERY high sugar! It might be natural - but that doesn't make it healthy. If you drink a glass of orange juice, how many oranges does it take to make that glass? 3, 4? Could you eat 3 or 4 oranges in one sitting?

They're not that bad and also not all fruit. It doesn't stick. As a treat they're fine and far better than a mars bar. I keep nicking my sons'.
