Good luck, get lots of lovely veg to supplement your meals. Many of us on here calorie count using myfitnesspal , which is so easy to use it calculates calories, fats, sugars in every food brand you can think of. And if Im someqhere that I cant check actual calories, for portion control, I use the 'plate principle' , a fifth of the plate for the high calorie items, meat, pasta etc , and the rest of the plate low carb veggies.
