Hi All, I have read in an article that I should not eat Papaya, Watermelon and Banana together. Is that true?

I haven't read the website, but I can't think of any reason why this would be true. Fruit is quite high in sugar so could be a concern for people with diabetes. Othewise, you just need to work out how many calories in your fruit salad and make sure to include it in your daily allowance. If you eat a lot of fruit it can add up to quite a few calories, e.g. a medium banana is about 100kcal. Fruit has plenty of health benefits, like being rich in vitamins and fibre so I wouldn't worry about this.

Hi sahithi403,

I too haven't read the web-site - the firewall won't let me.

If you've read the article / web-site, surely you must have some idea why it suggests that combination is wrong?

Perhaps you could share that with us.

That 'article' is a joke. It's posted in the lounge section of the forum and it clearly states on the forum guidelines that it is a non-serious area of the site - a place to have fun.
