Motivation How do I stay on track? I practically start a 'diet' everyday which ends in a binge by the end of the day leading to me feeling

Very depressed, how do I break this cycle?

Approach it logically like any problem, you've said you are failing at the end of each day with a binge, try to dig deeper into why that is, perhaps you are too hungry or there is temptation at that time from family or friends snacking around you. Try to break the habit once, it will then be easier the next day. Try also to be mindful of just how crap you feel after you binge and draw on this when you feel tempted to break your routine. Once you start to see those pounds come off you will get a sense of euphoria which will also motivate you hopefully.

Remember don't let yourself get too hungry, eat well, eat healthy.
