Depends what kind of exercise I imagine. When I lose weight mine get smaller. If you do chest exercises they might get more defined.

Body fat might be lost from all areas. It often goes last from the areas where body fat was first added. Very specific to each person.

If you get more toned and lose hip and waist body fat the actual bust size might remain in proportion or may even be emphasised though technically smaller.

Hi

My friend lost about 5st and the first place she lost it from was her boobs, which were always her smallest asset! She's pair shaped.

I lost 10st and lost it everywhere else more than my bust, but I'm more hour glass.

I don't know if there is anything in it.

Take care and angel blessings

Does anyone else have this problem with the bulge under bra strap at back how do I shift it x

Hi natalieOrr21,

To answer your first question, it will to some extent depend on how overweight you are and how close to 'normal' weight you become.

Bascially, which bits of excess body fat go first and which bits stay until later on in the weight reduction process, is kind of in the lap of the gods.

Well, actually it's probably written somewhere in your DNA.
