Hi. Does anyone else feel really groggy in the mornings? It takes me ages to wake up and my body aches and feels really heavy, like a sack of lead until I get going. Im also always really hungry as soon as I wake up. I’m 39 but I feel about 100 sometimes…..

Hello   erable , I do. This is exactly the reason why i visited my GP today. I have lethargy and body aches since I wake up, even before the first day lights. It takes me ages to wake up and afterwards I have a feeling of malaise and stiffness. It takes me one or two hours to feel less "achy", but my brain is still foggy. A possible diagnosis was `polymialgia´ , I´ll have an X-ray of my whole spine and a full blood count done shortly.

The daytime, as you see, is not easy for me, I tend to feel more at ease by 7 pm, naps don´t make me feel better either.

I have also restless nights, my mind uses to be less foggy and active at night 🤕
