Hi ladies bit of a personal question but it has to be said does anyone wear theses pants for heavy periods? Just I've been wearing them for a few years now due to my heavy periods and I find them so much better but I swear by this .... I'm finding them abit irritating esp in the middles area and the leak guards are annoying also 🙄 does anyone have any tips for me as I would like to try something else that will help better on heavy days!

Tesco's own brand are comfortable! My friend wears them as she has a colostomy bag and she feels protected against leaks. I've also tried them, as well as other brands (not for period purposes).
