Need some advice What are the signs of pcos and hormone imbalance

Hi there my signs of having pcos, access body hair I've got it all on my chin so annoying,I'm producing to many testrone hormones, irregular periods, weight gain, everyone is different, the only way to fine out if you have pcos and what your hormone levels are is to get test done, I've had tests done and a scan I'm now waiting to have a test to see if I'm ovulating, speak to your gp and see if they can refer you to a gynecologists who will do tests ect x
