27 with PCOS and a little boy

I was told at 16 that I had PCOS and my mum has it to. Always thinking I’ll never be a mum and it caused me to be really depressed and a failure. however last year I got with my partner, I was eating healthier, exercising more because of my voluntary job. November 2019 I had bad sharp pain in my right ovary and the ultrasound showed that I was falling pregnant and the cysts have gone and this was 5 months into the relationship. So I thought I’d take a pregnancy test a few weeks later because I started to get a tummy ache and it came back positive. Now I have a gorgeous little boy. I have learnt not to listen to doctors regarding my PCOS because I’ve proved them wrong when they told me I would never be able to fall pregnant but I kept at them to get tests done previously because of the pains.

Pcos does not mean you can't get pregnant.. I've been pregnant 5 times and I've got it.. And never has.. It CAN cause infertility, that does not mean it always does. You needed better doctors.
