PCOS for 16 years

I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was just 12 years old. And no Doctor will help me with treatment. I haven’t seen a Doctor regarding my PCOS in at least 8 years.

Me and my fiancé desperately want a baby, so this year we are making it our mission to get healthy together so hopefully at one point in the year we get told we are pregnant.

Hi Laydee_M - I received PCOS treatment from my gp in my 20's without a formal diagnosis. I would recommend that you return to your gp to discuss your PCOS and pregnancy plans - and if your current gp is unhelpful then you could exercise your right to change gp until you find one you have confidence in. Good luck too with your plans to get healthy - there's a lot you can do personally to give yourself the best chance of conceiving x
