Phantom pregnancy

I think I'm experiencing a phantom pregnancy I think I've experienced one before I've took a pregnancy test and it came back negative but I was just wondering if anyone else experiences these as I'm feeling rather rubbish at the minute thank you

What symptoms do you have or do you mean just that feeling that you are pregnant as their are lots of signs?

Not felt normal for a week or so had strange signs like feeling sick gone off things like new things

Wanted certain foods it's stressing me as I feel a idiot

No you aren't an idiot and you wont be the first or the last that has felt like this, your mind is very powerful and because you want to be pregnant you can sometimes feel signs that suggest you are but often I think period symptoms and pregnancy symptoms are very similar (I had period pain for the first 7 months of my pregnancy).

Where are you in your cycle - do you even know as often our cycles are hit and miss. Do you think you ovulated, if so how are you checking, kits or body signs?

My periods are so irregular I've had 5 periods in the last 7 weeks I haven't had one this month though

I don't think I ovulate I've not got a kit or any body signs that I've ever noted just because I don't want to get my hopes up for nothing to happen I know that may sound silly but I just know it would get me down xx

Look at reflexology as I am sure it helped me conceive Noah - I had it once a week between my two IUI tries.

What's exactly is that? Is it some you do privately

They do things with your feet!! I did it privately, this is classed as 'alternative' so wouldnt be covered by the NHS but I am sure it was reflexology that helped me conceive.
