Hello everyone, hope you have a joyful day so far! π€
Last night, I was about to prepare my soaked oatmeal fruits jar as usual and I decided to bake all ingredients and some into a cake. ππ
Here are ingredients:
1. Grind my Gluten-free Rolled Oats into powder. (Best way to get pure ground oats). Blend well mixture of: 2 cups of ground oats, 1/2 tbsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tbsp nutmeg and 1/2 cup of cashew milk.
2. Mash 2 bananas, add 1 cup of cashew yogurt, 1/4 cup of coconut oil, 1/2 cup of shredded coconut, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
Blend all ingredients together and bake at 375F for 30 mins. It is great for everyone to have with a cup of coffee or tea/milk to start the day or as a healthy and delicious treat. ππ
As always, be inspired, be joyful, take a picture and Enjoy it! πβ€οΈ
