I’ve been experimenting with making gluten free vegan cookies and have now made these and I like them the best so far as they’re soft and full of flavour. I had some sitting in the garden with a few raspberries a little Swedish glacé and Alpro single cream. 😁

That really looks lovely Jerry, how very delious. I think you can now get a rasberry Swedish glacé (not that I have tried it 🙃) Us GF vegans have so much choice these days
