Gluten free vegan ginger cake with raspberries and ice cream 🍨

Hi everyone,

My neighbour gave me some home made gluten free ginger cake and I had some with raspberries, raspberry ice cream and a little Elm Leah plant based single cream it was very nice especially as raspberries are my favourite fruit and the cake is lush.

I do like my sweet treats too…😁
