Quinoa and lentil fritters gluten free and plant based.

Hi everyone,

I made a batch of these fritters last night for dinner and these are the 4 remaining ones for another day.

I made these by cooking some quinoa and lentils with hot chilli, before adding garlic coriander leaves turmeric black pepper celery salt and a couple of desert spoons of gram flour all mixed to a thick paste then shaped into to rounds flattened and then coated in sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds.

I put them in a lightly oiled pyrex baking dish and left them in the fridge for 1/2 hour before baking for around 25 mins @180C

You can't beat home m Ade as we don't need additives or flavour enhancers just real food for real flavour as this works for me. 😊
