Thank you for sharing Ali and what lovely ingredients, I'd sub the pastry and garlic and onions, I'd use Hing as it's low fodmap.

Iโve been think of subscribing to a happy pear cookery course but not sure. Can I learn to sort myself out food wise without taking a course? That Buddhist Chef site looks promising for recipes.
I think you just have to cook what you enjoy. Iโve never had a Vegan cookery course. What ever you eat you get to a point where things need a shake up and thatโs when I google for new flavours or recipes.
