I've been using the VEG 1 supplement for about a year but have discovered that one of the components, iodine, is something I shouldn't supplement as doing so is likely to increase the risk of auto immune attack on the thyroid. As I have a thyroid disorder this is not acceptable to me. I need to find good supplement(s) without iodine. I also need them not to be taken orally as I take a PPI which inhibits nutrient absorbtion via the gut. I'm wondering if anyone on the forum knows the solution for me?

I'm so sorry willsie01 but I've had a look on the internet briefly and cant see anything, have you thought about talking to your GP? I hope you find a solution
This is a very interesting subject that I know nothing about. It would be interesting to know if you do find something suitable.
After a bit of digging and asking questions I’ve got a solution. I’m using 3 Better You sprays: Vitamin D, Iron & Complete B complex. The missing selenium I hope to cover with a couple of Brazil Nuts daily. This costs more then the Veg 1, which is very economical, but unfortunately because of my thyroid situation & the use of a PPI I don’t yet see an alternative.
perhaps try the cronometer app to track which nutrients you might be lacking then you can adjust your diet or just take individual nutrients. I haven't tried it myself but I've seen a few posts on vegan sites that some people find it helpful. Perhaps use the better you B12 Oral spray in the meantime, as that's the nutrient that can be missing in some vegan diets and a lack of it can have irreversible effects.
Sure. I've been using iodoral 12.5 mg. I bought it on Amazon. I take a half tablet every other day. Check it out.
