I made chinese for dinner using this sauce recipe
Heat olive oil in a frying pan or wok over medium heat. Add the onion, five spice, ginger, garlic granules, curry powder and chilli powder. Stir and cook for about a minute, then add the stock, oyster sauce, soy sauce and tomato ketchup. Bring to the boil, then add cornflour paste and stir until thickened.
I didnt use oyster sauce and added dried chilli flakes. I added 3 garlic cloves and I didnt make the sauce too thick. It was delicious!
I made a stir fry. Onions, carrots, peas, kale, sweetcorn and peppers. Just what was in the fridge as our shopping is due tonight so anything you have got really. Then I tipped over the sauce and had it with basmati rice
