It looks really good. What type of tofu did you use ? - still don't really understand the different types. I know I used the 'wrong' type for scrambled egg but it worked out fine!
Hi Bramleyb. I just used the Couldron normal one but you are supposed to use firm. I always just adapt recipes depending on what Iβve got in my fridge. As long as itβs not silken lol that really wouldnβt work.
(I used about half a block between 2 of us. You wouldnβt want much more than that).
